What supplements do a nutritionist’s kids take?
My 7-year-old:
Nordic Berries Multivitamin (3/day)
Vitamin D3 Gummies (1/day during the school year; 3/week in the summer)
ProOmega Junior (1/day), a fish oil source of the omega-3s DHA & EPA that can be chewed or swallowed
Complete Omega Junior (2/day), a source of GLA to help with learning & focus
Probiotic Gummies Kids (2/day) or Nordic Flora Probiotic Daily (I open a capsule each morning & split the powder between their drinks before breakfast)
Vitamin C Gummies (1/day; now that she’s in school all day, I find she’s eating far less fruits & veggies)
My 4-year-old:
